CDisplayEx is a reasonably full-featured, reliable, actively-developed comic reader that works seamlessly with Kavita, Komga (and other sources) out of the box.
It's safer now. CDisplayEx used to include malware in the installation. Thankfully, that is gone. ComicRack has unfortunately been abandoned by the creator.
